What time can I get my delivery?
Order by 2pm for same-day delivery between 6 and 9pm, or pick a next-day morning or evening slot.
How do you keep chilled food cold?
Dairy, meat and seafood travel in insulated bags with ice packs, and are packed last.
What if something is not fresh?
Send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Delivery is free on orders over ৳999.
How do meal kits work?
Each kit has every ingredient pre-measured plus a recipe card. Most are ready in 15–35 minutes.
